Sands
Man and mankind are like two ends of a single board floating upon the sea. Man rose up from watery destruction of the earth to be given a chance to redeem himself from the bottomless pit. Of the many races that have come and gone there remains existing only one – the human race.
Zep Tepi were the ones chosen for the redemption of fallen man. Those chosen to carry on were the meek who had survived. They were equipped with knowledge, technology, and memories of the past.
The Burning Sands represents the reawakening and rekindling of the memory of the divine that is already within man. It is the spark of light that has been lifted from the primordial flame of the eternal fire.
Assad Abdul is the representation of the two edged sword of truth. He cuts both deep and long. His students are the rays of light that have always shined from the beginning of time, for there was never a time when man was not. These are the representatives of the eternal light that can not be extinguished.
The fight that they wage is the good fight which is fought for all. Though the world sleeps - love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice never sleep. The reawakening of the divine in all is the sole purpose for the existence of man. The downfall of man is manifested as mankind.
Mankind is not truly man, but kind of like man. Mankind is the evidence that man has fallen down to his lowest self. The lower self is all that is base within man. Crossing the burning sands is analogous to man dedicating himself to rising from near death and reclaiming his birth right, divine man.
This is a story of the enslavement of man by mankind and the changing of lies into truth. With the enslavement of man comes also the enslavement of woman. With the enslavement of woman comes the enslavement of humanity.
The Burning Sands represents the re-purification of the essence of the sacred fire. The sacred fire is man knowing himself, knowing others, and knowing the divine. Man is divine.
