Turning Lead Into Gold

“Generally it is very difficult to be a genius”, said my mentor Young Choi to me long ago. Later I amended this tenant with “but not impossible”. Alchemy is the age old process of refining lead into gold. But, there is also human alchemy, which is the process of refining yourself into gold. This can be done by diligently practicing one of the excellent things in life over and over until it becomes refined in yourself. In this way you can turn yourself into gold.
